Office Remodel

We've finally completed our long awaited remodel. We're really happy with the siding update, it really modernized the exterior of the building. Next step will be landscaping, signage and the interior remodel. The cedar siding is just beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice A huge thanks to R & E Construciton for the hard work, check out their other work here:

New ADU Building

A really awesome 1 bedroom ADU building that was completed at SE 35th and Main. Check out the initial renderings and building plans versus the finished product. Check out Shelter Solutions website for more pictures of this project and some others that we've designed:

ADU addition rendering versus reality.

The goal with this addition was to blend the new addition with the existing house, it turned out great!

Garage ADU Conversion

Below are floor plans and renderings of a small garage to ADU (additional dwelling unit) conversion project. This structure started out as an under appreciated garage space, but will soon be transformed into a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. While utilizing the existing elements, we were able to bring in a lot of light and make this a functional space as a full-time apartment or a fun place to entertain company. With the SDC fees waived on ADU projects in Portland, now is a great time to use that extra space to generate rental income!

Neat 3D Walk-through

A house that we designed a few months ago is finally finished up and on the market. We're really happy with how the house turned out, but one of the coolest features is a 3D walk-through of the actual house. This really allows you to get a sense of the house without needing to do a complete walk-through. Check it out!
